RETURNS

Allowed for damaged goods only. No returns are accepted without contacting corporate office and receiving a return authorization. No order will be shipped without vendor information completed and resale license on file with corporate office. Shipping costs for returns/exchange are the responsibility of the sender unless agreed upon by Goldiehome. We will not be responsible for lost packages, so please use a carrier with tracking numbers when returning the goods. Goldiehome merchandise that you purchase from other locations will not be accepted.

CHANGE/CANCEL

To make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@goldiehome.com or call 415.810.1021. No changes will be accepted on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.
