Please follow specific care instructions on each product. Most items are machine washable except for those with elaborate embroidery or intricate sewing techniques. In these cases we recommend green dry cleaning these products.
GREEN DRYCLEANING
Conventional dry cleaning is not green. The main ingredient, perchloroethylene (or perc), is a central nervous system depressant and is listed as a hazardous air pollutant under the federal standards. There are three less toxic alternatives, although none is without environmental effect. We recommend the liquid CO2 method. Avoid the wet cleaning method for anything with wool.
